THE 1ST : Fez – Merzouga
Starting our 7 days Fes desert tour with our company from the beautiful city of “ Fes”, taking you with us in a memorable experience around some of Morocco’s most unique destinations. After breakfast, we will hit the road, towards our first destination for the day, “Ifrane”, also known as “Switzerland of Morocco”. Driving through Atlas mountains, which contains the largest forests of cedar trees, that are inhabited by monkeys. After a quiet stay. we will resume towards the Tizi N’Talghamt pass to Midelt passing by the spectacular Ziz gorges. We will head out to the magnificent Merzouga Desert via Erfoud, passing by the spectacular Ziz gorges and Errachidia Where you are going to eat a traditional lunch among Berber people and their hospitality
Next on our Fes Desert tour, we will continue towards Merzouga Desert along Ziz Valley, and stopping for what we like to call it ” a worth stop” for the panoramic views along the way.
Eventually, arriving at Merzouga Desert, where you will be welcomed by mint tea to restore our energy. Then, will switch to camels, that will take you through the magnificent dunes of Erg Chebbi. In a memorable experience on the top of the camels, you will admire the spectacular sunset in the middle of the Sahara.
Eventually, the camels will take you to our traditional well-equipped camp, where you will enjoy a traditional dinner, while listening to a berberine music show, in a friendly mood under the stars. Overnight in a nomadic camel hair tent.
THE 2ND DAY: Merzouga – Todra Gorges

THE 3RD DAY: Todra Gorges_ Zagora
After a relaxing night in the middle of the charming nature of Todgha, we will resume our journey heading south. Crossing the marvelous mountain of Saghrou that will offer you a panoramic view of the area. To reach the N’kob village where you will savor a delicious local dish for lunch. After restoring, we will continue our trip towards Zagora, a town in the Draa valley in the Draa-Tafilalt region of southeastern Morocco. A place that is inextricably linked with the Sahara desert. At Zagora, you will be spending the night at a hotel near the dunes.
THE 4TH DAY: Zagora – Ouarzazate
It’s highly recommended to wake up early, so you don’t miss the chance to observe the sunrise in Zagora, an actual synonym of beauty that you don’t want to miss. After breakfast in the hotel, we will head over towards Ouarzazate “the gates to the desert” for a new adventure. Along the way, you will enjoy the sphere of the area, from mountains, fossils, and lakes. Especially when passing the beautiful area of Foum Zguid with its Iriqui lake that has long been the favorite place of southern gazelles. Eventually arriving at Ouarzazate where you will enjoy dinner and overnight at the hotel you will be staying at.
THE 5TH DAY: Ouarzazate_ Taroudant
After a traditional breakfast, we are going to explore Ouarzazate the city that attracted many producers to give it a part in the film, with her biggest film studios in Morocco. And of course the famous kasbah of Taourit.
Next on our Fes Desert tour, you are going to head out to explore the famous Kasbah of Ait-Ben-Hadou, a world heritage site, and one of the most amazing monuments that exist in Morocco, laying majestically in the middle of the desert with its unique southern architecture. Also, this place was a part of many universal movies and tv shows, such as “Alexander”, “queen of the desert”, “Game of Thrones” etc. Afterward, our final destination will be Taroudant, a city in the Sous valley in southern Morocco. The town is known as the “Grandmother of Marrakesh” because it looks like a smaller Marrakesh with its surrounding ramparts.
THE 6TH DAY: Taroudant – Essaouira
Taroudant is a former capital of Morocco, built by the Saadian dynasty as a base to attack the Portuguese on the Atlantic Coast. With its city walls, Taroudant glows while the sun visits every day, making the area perfect for tourists, and locals to promenade. We will offer you a guided tour around to visit the most important places in the city. Subsequently, we will head over to our next destination “the wind’s city” Essaouira.
Along the way, you will visit some Argan gloves, lined at the Souss river, then the paradise valley, and Taghazout. Eventually, arriving at Essaouira, where You are going to start exploring the great historical sides of Essaouira, starting by Scala the kasbah the copy of the French coastal town saint-Malo, build by the French architecture “Théodore Cornut”. Next, you are going to walk through the old Medina and enjoy the rich handicraft products that the city provides and, the antique traditional colored houses in the Medina.
Next, you will try a special dish with fresh fish.
Essaouira is known for its annual GnaouaMusicFestival that attracts 300,000+ people in June. It also has an expansive beach for surfing called Plage de Safi. Also, you will discover the Jewish headquarters in the old medina.
THE 7TH DAY: Essaouira_marrakech
Early in the morning after breakfast in the Riad, we will head over to our next destination The Marrakech, On our way – since this is the land of Argan culture – there’s an opportunity to visit the women’s co-operative of Argan oil where they extract the oil that is famous for its culinary, cosmetic and medical properties. After several stops to take photographs, you will continue your travel.
Eventually, arriving at Marrakech, around midday, where our 7 Days Fes desert tour experience will end.
