,The 1^st: ARRIVE At MARRAKECH TRANSFER TO YOUR RIAD

We will pick you up from the airport and check you up at the hotel. You can have the evening to stroll down in the city and visit the Jamaa El Fna square. It is a vivid marketplace full of performers, narrators, and jugglers.

The 2nd day: MARRAKECH SIGHTSEEING

For your second day of the 8 days Marrakech Sahara tour, we will try to explore the beloved Marrakech, most tourists prefer stopping by Marrakech before they leave. This charming is the perfect combination of both modern and traditional Moroccan print, you could see that in its buildings in the ancient medina, you can start off by paying a visit to Jamaa el Fna square, a UNESCO worldwide heritage site. You can have lemon juice from the aligned dozens of shops, and then observe the snake charmers, acrobats, storytellers, musicians…

Beside the square, there are few recognizable museums like Dar Sidi Said and Bahia Palace. As for the afternoon, you will have free time to wander in its streets.  You will spend the night in a traditional Riad.

The 3^rd Day: MARRAKECH-AIT BEN HADDOU –KASABAH-OURZAZATE-DADES VALLEY

After eating breakfast in your hotel, we will pick you up and drive to Sahara. We will drive by Tizi nTichka a very high mountain pass (2260). Then, we will stop at Ait Benhaddou, a worldwide heritage site, Famous for being the main filming location for several international Hollywood films. We will continue the road through Kelaat Mgouna and stop at Dades gorges where we will have a delicious dinner and stay the night in.

The 4th Day: DADES VALLEY –TODRA GORGES -MERZOUGA

After having breakfast, we will continue our travel through Boulmane Dades, a small town that expanded little by little. After that, we will stop at Todgha gorges particularly spectacular in the evening when the Rocks are colored in the bands of bright sunlight and dark shadow we will have a break for lunch somewhere in the beautiful Gorges. At around 5 pm, we will ride camels to the nomad camp so we would enjoy a nomad night in the heart of the desert.

The 5th Day: MERZOUGA-ERG CHEBBI AND CAMEL TREKKING

After breakfast, we will head to Erg Chebbi dunes. Yet as we go along the road we will stop at Ifran and Midelt to rest and continue through the marvelous Tizi N Talghamt mountain pass, and the Ziz gorges. As we proceed you, will be able to notice the change in sceneries from mountainous to desert-like. We will have lunch in Errachidia among very welcoming inhabitants.

We will continue via Ziz valley’s formidable landscapes,  we will make a quick stop at Erfoud to view its famous and marvelous fossils. In the afternoon, we will be in Merzouga, where they will welcome us with mint tea. And then, we go to rest in the hotel getting ready for tomorrow’s activities.

The 6th Day: MERZOUGA-DRAA VALLEY –OUARZAZATE

After breakfast, we will drive towards the Tafilalt palm grove, where you will see thousands of big palm trees. This route leads to Ziz Valley, where the Ziz River flows down from the High Atlas Mountains. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the valley and Aoufous town.

Our Marrakech Sahara tour continues to Tinghir which surrounded by huge palm groves. Then, we will make a stop at Todgha gorges which are the highest and narrowest gorges in the kingdom. The area is the favorite spot for hikers and it is highly visited by those who seek to marvel at the beauty of nature. By evening, we will return to Tinghir to have dinner and spend the night in.

The 7th Day: OUARZAZATE-HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAIN-MARRAKECH

We will pick you up at 8 am and. Then, we will be driving to Marrakech, but before we are going to start off our journey by driving via the Tizi n Tichka mountain pass and the beautiful long series of Atlas Mountains. We will have lunch in Ouarzazat and then stop by Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. Nowadays, it’s famous for being the filming location for numerous blockbuster movies and series like Game of Thrones. Our journey will take off to Roses valley via Skoura’s palm groves and the 1000 Kasbahs route, which is formed of several 17^th century Kasbahs. By evening we will be found in Marrakech in which we will have supper and spend the night in.

The 8th Day: TRASFER T THE AIPORT

Once we take breakfast in the hotel, we will stroll down the narrow gorges before the departure to Marrakech. We will drive by Dades valley, Kalaat Mgouna also known as the capital of flowers. Each year in May or June its local inhabitants host a ceremony the rose festival in which they crown young girls and celebrate their floral productions. 

Our journey still proceeds as we go along the 1000thousand Kasbah route, the valley of roses. At lunchtime, we will stop at Ait Benhaddou a small well-known village for its cinematic location for movies like the Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia… It is also a UNESCO heritage site. As soon as we finish exploring the exquisite site we will hit the road again to Marrakech via Tizi n Tichka mountain pass. As the sun sets we will be found in the heart of Marrakech and that would be the end of our 8 days Marrakech Sahara tour.
